Since I work in IT and stare at a computer all day, you can only imagine my posture. Wendy has worked with me on this issue (and my damn tight hamstrings) during our after work yoga classes here at Center Theatre Group. There’s been a noticeable difference in my body and the way I carry myself. Wendy has a wonderful way of communicating what you should be feeling in order to achieve the correct positioning of the pose. What’s really great is that her class is perfect for all levels of yoga practice because she can give modifications and props for beginners or offer advanced variations if you are far more flexible than me. But what’s really the best part? Wendy came to us. Can’t beat that.

I've practiced yoga on and off for quite a few years, and Wendy is the only instructor that I really look forward to having every week, and kept me motivated to keep practicing!
Wendy's always considerate in asking all the students at the beginning of each class if anyone is suffering from pain/tension, injuries, etc., and will customize the session based on our requests. She's also great in keeping a close eye on each of the students, and offering gentle adjustments to our poses. Wendy is the most personable instructor, has a great sense of humor, and we all love the "spark" she brings to every single class!
