Cancellation Policy/Rescheduling Policy

All Yoga Private & Semi-private Session cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, otherwise: 

  1. if you purchased a series you forfeit that session within the series   OR
  2. you can pay the full amount of the session to retain that session within the series.

Since time is valuable for all, should Wendy cancel the appointment for any reason within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, she will credit the client $25 towards the next series or give in cash (if preferred).

If there is a true emergency, just let Wendy know. There will be no penalty.

No-Show Policy

If you are a no-show to your session, full payment is required (or the session is forfeited within your series).

Packages Expiration

All package series expire 6 months after the date of purchase.

General Information

In some cases, you may be required to fill out an evaluation form to disclose any history of injury, surgery, known conditions, etc. This is necessary information for only Wendy and will be kept in confidence.

Finally, you will also be signing a general liability waiver required by Wendy’s insurance company.

Private Session Pricing (based on one-hour sessions*)

  • Zoom/Live-Streaming: $145 hr
  • In-person/In-home: $200 hr (+travel fee in most cases – please inquire further)
  • Pre-paid packages of 4 or more sessions qualify for a discount of $25 per session
  • Semi-private session rates are the base rate of a private, plus $25 per person joining that session

*If you are interested in a 75 or 90-minute session, reach out to discuss pricing.

In some cases, Wendy can offer a sliding scale. Please inquire if you are in financial distress.

Insurance

Yoga and/or Yoga Therapy may be eligible for reimbursement by your insurance through the Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or your health reimbursement accounts (HRA). You would need to clarify with your insurance company and most often you would also need a letter of medical necessity from your providing physician.
